the Holy Cross Hospital Community Health Department invites you to Celebrate Heart Health Month!

 

Join us in the Fight Against Heart Disease on Saturday February 16, 2013 9:00am-2:00pm

(Snow date: Saturday February 23)

All Screenings are FREE!

  • Glucose & Cholesterol Screening
  • Glaucoma & Vision Screening
  • Oral Cancer Screening
